About Us

Cartolano & Alvero P.A. was formed by Joe Cartolano and Angela Alvero in 2001. We started the firm after dedicating ten years to honing our trial skills as attorneys representing indigent defendants at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Angela Alvero also brings five years of experience representing the Department of Homeland Security as a trial attorney.

Since forming the firm, we have concentrated our practice on litigation, with a specialty in insurance defense for McDonald's franchisees. We have applied our extensive litigation experience to obtain impressive results for our clients in a wide variety of disputes, from premises liability cases to complex class action litigation.
